About Emiliano Bonanomi

Emiliano is a professional guitarist, tutor and music consultant. He covers many different styles from Rock to Pop, Blues, Funk, Metal and has more than fifteen years of experience as a performer and teacher. 

He holds a Masters degree (MMus) in Popular Music Performance at UEL/ICMP (The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance) and he previously graduated in Italy at RGA (Rock Guitar Academy, Milan) and Conservatoire “G. Donizetti” (Bergamo). He also attended masterclasses with world renewed guitarists Robben Ford, Guthrie Govan, Richard Smith and esteemed Italian professional conductors and musicians Bruno Santori, Luca Colombo, Fabrizio Frigeni.

Emiliano works as a Guitar Tutor, teaching students of all levels and experience from very beginners to advanced players. He is a Yamaha Music System certified educator and can teach lead and rhythm techniques in a wide range of styles from rock, pop to blues, funk, metal. Rockschool/Yamaha grades preparation, modern theory and harmony, digital music production, guitar setup and maintenance are also covered in his lessons. 

As a session guitarist, he collaborates with the electro-pop singer-songwriter Freya Alley (previously with US indie pop artist Melinda Ortner and alt-rock singer Paula Arismendi), and he is a resident guitarist for Sound.With.Us musicians agency (high level corporate events, weddings and private functions) in the Greater London area. 

Finally, he is an endorser/demonstrator for the Italian amplifiers company Gurus Amps and collaborates as music technology consultant with tech companies developing new softwares for musicians (GuitarLayers, nKoda Ltd).
