Shipping Information

Once you have placed an order you will get an email confirmation sent to you confirming your billing address and items bought.

We hope that you will be happy with your order however, if you decide your order isn’t suitable for any reason you can return it – just let us know within 30 days of receiving it.  The item must be in mint condition with full packaging intact.  Please keep hold of all the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the order.  We can collect your return for a fee, or you can send it back to us yourself.

In the unlikely event that any item is faulty, damaged or incorrect please notify us within 14 days and we will arrange a free collection.

When returning an order please ensure products are appropriately packaged and protected to prevent them from getting damaged.

Delivery dates will vary depending on stock status and we will keep you informed of when you are likely to receive your order.  Please let us know if you have a preferred date when ordering.  Whilst we cannot guarantee the date you select the vast majority of orders are delivered on the date requested.

If you live in a remote area it may take longer to deliver your order and will advise you of this if necessary.  We are currently only able to ship to the UK but if you would like an overseas delivery please contact us directly for more information and a delivery quote.

We will send you an email to confirm when an order has been dispatched to you. If for any reason your order is not sent within the estimated timescale we will send you an email with a revised delivery date.
